Next Step Comments
Next Step Comments may be turned on or off from the Classroom Settings page.
This setting will provide you with the option to add next step comments during the editing step of the the report card writing process.
If turned on, next steps will be added to the report relevant to the preceding comment, both in context and score.
Instructions:
- Ensure that the Next Steps feature is turned on in your classroom settings. Please keep in mind that Next Steps is a Full Access feature.
- On Step 3 of the evaluation you will see buttons, within the text of the comment, that will allow you to insert a next step.
- Click the "Regenerate comment" button to regenerate the text until you are satisfied.
- Edit the text to personalize the next step.
- Click the "Add" button to insert the text.
